LOCATION:                  
The property is located in Maraerenga on the inland side of the Main Road in-between “Cook Islands News”, and “The Convenience Store” and about 300 metres east of the Court House. It is a prominent site and easily found.

THE RESTAURANT:

The building was originally built as a house back in the 1930’s but when the present owner bought the property in early 2011 the whole building was rebuilt and added onto, to where it is now virtually a new building.The floor plan now provides for:

Exterior Walls - Cedar weatherboards on timber framing on the “seen walls”  of the building – elsewhere shadowclad.

Interior Walls – various panelling. Hygiene complying in the kitchen.

Roofing – Corrugated iron in good condition.

Exterior Joinery – a mixture of traditional timber and modern aluminium.
