John McElhinney has been living in Rarotonga since 1992 after a working career in property in New Zealand. He is a registered valuer and Member of the New Zealand Property Institute and holds Associate status with the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.

John has, in his time in the Cook Islands and by experience, come to be recognised as having some expertise in the property and tourism marketplace.
